Techie Tip Tuesday #2 || How to Force Quit on a Mac

There is no reason to get frustrated about your computer  is frozen... well yes there is. Instead of pulling all of your hair out in frustration, but lets learn how to unfreeze it.

I know that pushing all four of those keys at once is a stretch, but it will become more natural to you. Soon you won't have to think about how to push them all.

Important: Normally you should not need to force quit an app to close it. When an app is forced to quit, any unsaved changes to open documents are not saved.

Techie Tip – Take One

       I was thinking that it might be fun to post a "techie tip" every week. My sisters and friends are always asking for technology help from me... the technolonerd. So why not have a fun little thing to learn about the products you use daily? What do you think? Is that something that you would like to see on here?

       Here's one to start that actually came up today on insta comments. I was telling my sister Natalie that she needed to use this app to take better selfies with her friends (since we all know that the iphone front camera isn't as good of quality right?).
       This new app called Cam Me – allows you to take a selfie by raising your hand then making a fist. This will eliminate that awkward huge arm in the side of a single or group photo. You won't have to squish to all get in the picture either. They also have a photo booth feature! Brilliant right?!

6 Months Old Already!?

Our tiny Millie girl is 6 months old! I cannot believe it. It has been the best 6 months of my life. I just adore her. I never thought that I would want to wake a sleeping baby so often just to smudge her – I probably "check on her"way to many times in hopes that she wakes up to play and make the sweetest faces. What can I say – She has my heart!

STATS

13 lbs. 4 oz.  |  5%tile  ||  25.5 in.   |  33%tile  

Millie has learned so much these past few months and has even changed in the past few days!

UPDATES

• She can almost sit up on her own.
• Her hair is now long enough to style.
• She is a nonsense blabber mouth.
• Her tongue is her favorite toy.
• Second favorite being her Jumperoo.
• We still have middle of the night snuggles that go until we have to wake up.
• She is never sitting still – rolling and kicking her legs constantly.
• She LOVES baths & will be a definite swimmer!
• Misses her daddy so much. 
• Every time she sees him on FaceTime, She kicks her legs and grabs the phone. Can't wait to reunite them (and us) in a few weeks at Spring Training.
